I’ve already reserved library copies (which are on order) for Men of the Otherworld and Kitty and the Dead Man’s Hand, and have plans to buy Instant Attraction, come payday!
Also, I just finished…
Havemercy by Jaida Jones and Danielle Bennett
It started off a little slowly, but once it got going, I really loved it! Split between 4 perspectives, the voices were distinct, but came together to tell what in the end, was a single story. It was unexpectedly romantic. The relationship between young tutor Hal and Royston, a magician, was sweet, poignant at times, and satisfying. Thom’s and Rook’s story line, centering around the Dragon Corps, was very different. Combative and sometimes painful to read, but in the end made so much sense. The backdrop of the war, the city of Thremedon, and the magic-fueled dragons was colorful and interesting.

Hey Renee!
Thanks for the heads-up about “Instant Attraction”, I really would like to add that one to my TBR.
Enjoy “Red”, I enjoyed that book and actually reviewed it a while back on my blog!

Lea: I’m hoping IA will be available on Fictionwise, since I have some credit to used with them, otherwise I’ve gotta wait for payday.
Cool! I’ll check out your review!

Nath: I’m dying to read it!! The library usually runs anywhere from a couple of weeks to about 6 weeks behind. I’m hoping since they ordered it so far ahead, it’ll come sooner rather than later!
